Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter specializing in IT & Non-IT recruitment to join our HR team in Bangalore. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent across various departments, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and contributing to our HR team’s strategic goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to support a strong pipeline of candidates
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies
- Coordinate interview rounds and support candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track and manage candidate data in the ATS to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2-4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on both IT and Non-IT roles
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and referrals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
- Knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws
