Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter specializing in IT & Non-IT recruitment to join our HR team in Bangalore. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent across various departments, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and contributing to our HR team’s strategic goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to support a strong pipeline of candidates
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies
• Coordinate interview rounds and support candidates throughout the hiring process
• Track and manage candidate data in the ATS to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 2-4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on both IT and Non-IT roles
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and referrals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
• Knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws
